Cette chanson figure sur l'album "Afrodisiac", disponible chez "Atlantic Records" depuis le 29 juin.   Libertines plaide non coupable Pete Doherty, guitariste des Libertines, passait devant la cour de justice de Thames, mardi dernier, pour une affaire de port d'arme prohibé. Le musicien a plaidé non coupable. Le jugement tombera le 10 août prochain.   David Bowie annule l'intégralité de sa tournée ! Le chanteur, David Bowie a été force d'annuler les concerts prévus sur sa tournée actuelle, suite à un problème de santé l'immobilisant (voir archives). Le musicien s'est expliqué dans un message depose sur www.davidbowie.com : "Due to the continuing pain and extreme discomfort from a trapped/pinched nerve in his shoulder and to prevent possible further injury, David Bowie has been advised by his doctors to cancel his performances at the eleven remaining European dates throughout July. In an effort to give fans as much warning as possible... David very reluctantly agreed to take the advice. David, and everybody involved with the tour, is very sorry for the hardship that this difficult decision may have caused. We realise that many of you will have lost money on non-refundable travel and festival tickets. But, anybody that knows David will understand that he doesn't take these decisions lightly and I'm sure you all realise how bad he will be feeling about not being able to complete the tour. As I have said previously, thank you all for your kind words on the message boards and for your continued understanding that had there been an alternative to this course of action, it would have been taken." Le groupe, White Stripes est accusé par le jeune réalisateur George Roca de vouloir saboter son projet. Un documentaire qu'il aura mis deux a réaliser et qui lui aura coûté près de 50 000 $. Les White Stripes ont demandé au réalisateur de ne pas diffuser le film dans aucun festival, évènement musical et au cinéma. Le film reprend une partie des images backstage tournées pendant les quatre concerts donnés au "Bowery Ballroom" de New York, en 2002.   DVD : Social Distortion "Live In Orange County", est le titre d'un DVD live de Social Distortion, reprenant des images live d'un concert enregistré le 19 janvier 2003, à la "House of Blues" de Anaheim, en Californie. Le DVD proposera aussi des interviews, deux nouvelles chansons, des images backstage, footage, une gzllerie de photo,... "Live In Orange County" sortira chez "Time Bomb Recordings" le 27 juillet.   Michael Moore tourne pour Neil Young Le très controversé, Michael Moore, réalisera un nouveau vidéo-clip illustrant la chanson "Rockin' in the Free World", enregistré par Neil Young en 1989. Cette chanson apparaît sur la B.O du film "Fahrenheit 9/11".   Vader impliqué dans un grave accident de la route Selon le site du groupe de "death metal", Vader, l'accident se serait produit lundi en Pologne : "VADER had just finished up the first part of their European tour and had been driving down A1 towards Torun (Poland) when the other bus hit them, throwing the bus out on the opposite lane. Cracked car, destroyed trailer, but fortunately the band, staff and equipment managed to escape unharmed."
