Malcolm et Angus Young ont interprété la même chanson au "Enmore Theatre " de Sydney, pendant la tournée Australienne des Stones. Les hits de AC/DC, "Thunderstuck" et "Back In Black", figurant aussi sur le DVD. Cet album de 10 chansons, sortira aux States le 4 juin et dans le reste du monde le 15 juin. Au programme de cet album live, Coldplay, REM, U2, mais aussi Willie Nelson ou encore Ben Harper. Cet album fait suite à "Carved in Stone", sorti en 2003 et sur lequel on trouve Phish, Widespread Panic et Indigo Girls. A noter la présence sur le "Volume 2", du hit de U2, "Sunday Bloody Sunday", figurant sur l'album live de 1983, "Under a Blood Red Sky"; Et aussi "Pride and Joy" de Stevie Ray Vaughan. Un nouvel album verra le jour au printemps 2005, sous le label "Warner Bros". Cette information a été confirmée par le batteur Lars Ulrich : "The fact that we can start a relationship with Warner Bros. 20-plus years into our career and be considered a priority there, that's a great thing," he says. Ulrich says that Metallica's managers, Peter Mensch and Cliff Burnstein, made the decision to move from the group's longtime home Elektra Entertainment to sister label Warner Bros. The switch came after Elektra merged with Atlantic Records in March, resulting in layoffs at the label. Peter and Cliff have a lot of friends [at Warner Bros.] because of [fellow Q Prime clients] Red Hot Chili Peppers." Le musicien a ajouté : "The band is West Coast, Warners is West Coast. It seemed like a great place to go and start the next chapter."   Paul McCartney a consommé de l'héroïne ! L'ex-Beatle, Sir Paul McCartney, invité d'honneur du prochain festival de "Glastonbury", a déclaré au magazine "Uncut", qu'il avait consommé de la cocaïne et de l'héroïne : "I didn't realise I'd taken (heroin). I was just handed something, smoked it, then found out what it was. It didn't do anything for me, which was lucky because I wouldn’t have fancied heading down that road. I suppose I learnt from an early age to do things in moderation. My dad always used to say ‘Don’t overdo things. Have a drink but don’t be an alcoholic’. That always stuck with me."
