Fran was admitted to hospital last weekend suffering from a severe viral infection. Following several days of tests, doctors have advised that Fran is unfit to travel to Japan and needs time to recuperate and receive treatment. Pas de titre pour le moment, Mais Cure confirme la sortie pour le 21 juin. Ce sera la première création du groupe, depuis le single "'Bloodflowers" sorti en 2000. The Cure a travaillé sur cet album avec Ross Robinson, producteur de At The Drive-In et de Korn. L'album sortira sous le label de Robinson, "I Am label".   Bad Religion se prépare à livrer sa dernière création Les punk de Los Angeles, sont de retour avec un nouvel album. Bad Religion livrera cette nouveauté le 8 juin. Un album co-écrit et co-produit par le chanteur Greg Graffin et le guitariste Brett Gurewitz, qui fera suite à "The Process of Belief", sorti en 2002 et dont le titre sera "The Empire Strikes Back", sous le label "Epitaph Records". Graffin a déclaré : "We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to make the best album we could. After so many years of doing this, we're really only interested in making a record, writing the songs and producing if we know it will be really good." Parmi les chansons disponibles sur l'album on retrouvera "Social Suicide", "Sinister Rouge" et "Let Them Eat War". Bad Religion, composé du bassiste Jay Bentley, du batteur Brooks Wackerman et des guitaristes Greg Hetson et Brian Baker, prendra la route le 25 juin de in Houston, puis débarquera à Helsinki, Finlande le 6 mai, débutant une tournée Européenne.
