Aux Coulisses, l'ancien hôtel particulier d'Yvette Horner et Charly Oleg, transformé il y a peu en un magnifique club cosy et chaleureux. Mais rassurez-vous, la reine du piano à bretelles et l'ancien clavier de Tourner Manège ne seront pas là. E revanche, Dyed Soundorom, Cyrille Chaton et Paco assureront le spectacle. Ouverture des portes à 23h et Open Bar de 23h30 à 00h30. Donc ne soyez pas en retard. Soirée IS IT LOVE "Summer Time" Entrée sur libre participation Les Coulisses 5, rue du Mont Cenis 75018 Paris Métro Abesses   Gene Simmons sort un album solo, avec Bob Dylan, et Frank Zappa Le légendaire bassiste du groupe Kiss, Gene Simmons s'est associé à du beau linge, pour composer son premier album solo en 25 ans. Un album dont le titre n'est toujours pas connu et qui fait suite celui qui porte son nom, sorti en 1978. Dylan lui "prête" la chanson écrite il y a 7 ans, "Waiting For The Morning Light", Zappa quant à lui, a travaillé avec Simmons, sur "Black Tongue". Gene Simmons a déclaré sur Bob Dylan : "Bob came up with the chords, most of them, and then I took it and wrote lyrics, melody, the rest of it." Ajoutant au sujet ce la session d'enregistrement : "We understood each other right away. He picked up an acoustic guitar and we just tossed it back and forth, 'How 'bout this, how 'bout that?' And he started to strum, because he - at least with me - tended to talk and strum guitar at the same time. And as soon as I heard the first three or four chords, I went, "Wait, wait, what's that? Do that again.' So I went and started to write a lyric about that." Simmons a prévu d'enregistrer cet album, avec d'autres membres du groupe Kiss.   Radiohead : un nouvel album qui fait exploser les ventes, en Angleterre. Près de 60 000 albums ont été écoulés les deux premiers jours de sa sortie et 102 000 la première semaine. "Hail To The Thief", dernier et sixième album de Radiohead, pourrait bien dépassé les ventes réalisées par Coldplay, avec "A Rush Of Blood To The Head" (270 000 ex) et celles de Robbie Williams, avec "Escapology" (260 000 ex). "Hail To The Thief" a dépassé les ventes de l'ensemble du Top 5, se retrouvant avec les hits Metallica "St Anger" de Metallica et "You Gotta Go There To Come Back" des Stereophonics. Gennaro Castaldo, attaché de presse de HMV, a déclaré : "It just goes to show how many people are still into Radiohead. There's a degree of compulsion with this band."   Les Charlatans ont prévu un concert one-off, à Londres Le groupe, The Charlatans qui enregistre actuellement, dans son studio Big Mushroom du Cheshire, l'album qui fera suite à "Wonderland", sorti en 2001, fera un concert exceptionnel, au Shepherds Bush Empire, le 11 juillet. Le groupe devrait avoir terminé l'enregistrement de son nouvel album, à la fin de l'année et la sortie est prévue début 2004. Sur cet album figureront les chansons "Feel The Pressure", "Try Again Today", "Blue For You", "Wave The World Goodbye" et "See How Clear It Is". The Charlatans est confirmé au "Move Festival" de Manchester le 11 juillet, puis au "T In The Park", le 13 juillet. Un portrait de Steve Earle, présenté récemment à Toronto, pendant le "North By Northeast Music and Film Festival". Amos Poe a déclaré au sujet de son film : "While it was kind of a documentary, it was more of a portrait. And then it started to take shape. The musical performances started to take over more of the film, which is the jumping-off point from the initial idea to the final product. Initially there was going to be very little music and in the end it ended up being a lot of music." Poe avait déjà travaillé sur "Over Yonder (Jonathan's Song)", figurant sur l'album de Steve Earle, "Transcendental Blues" (2000). Ce nouveau film est une commande de Danny Goldberg d'Artemis Records CEO. Le tournage avait démarré en octobre dernier, à San Francisco. Poe avait suivi Earle, sur sa tournée, pendant 25 jours. Poa a ajouté : "There was no shape to it. There was all this content stuff but there was no formal shape to it. And, the story kept changing as we tried to figure out what the shape of it was going to be. There are a number of reasons for it but mainly [it is] because he's musically driven. The whole thing was shot with a tiny little camera with a tiny microphone on the camera. We were amazed at how much good material we got. I was sort of trying to get to the rougher edge of the technology. And some subjects are good for that and I thought Steve was good for that. The one thing is that Steve was so comfortable in being open in front of the camera. We had essentially complete access. Then it was just a question of what we need to get in there. He loves picking up stuff, learning stuff because he's not schooled -- he's sort of a life learning guy. Consequently he has to sort of tell you what he knows. So as a subject for a documentary, that's also perfect. He's not somebody who doesn't hold back per se. He also doesn't mind if you're going to use it in your film. " Le DVD proposera en bonus, des images footage, des extraits live de la dernière tournée de Earle. Un album live sortira en même temps que le film. Enregistrements réalisé à Toronto et Bloomington, pendant la dernière tournée du musicien.   Dave Gahan pourrait quitter Depeche Mode ! Le leader du groupe, Depeche Mode, a déclaré qu'il partirait, s'il ne retrouvait pas sa place de parolier. Martin Gore ayant, depuis l'album solo de Dave, "Paper Monsters", pris en charge l'écriture des chansons de Depeche Mode. Le dernier album du groupe, "Exciter", date de 2001. Dave Gahan a déclaré au Spiegel magazine: "Whether there is a future for Depeche Mode very much depends on whether Martin is willing and open enough to change. All I know is it won't be going on as it was, I want to be involved more in working on new songs." Ajoutant : "I didn't have enough confidence, and where should I have taken it from? After all, Martin Gore is the creative head of Depeche Mode. I was just the singer. Martin sometimes even told me how to sing certain passages. I often felt like an instrument being used by others."
